CASC FABREGAS’ FUTURE AT CHELSEA IN DOUBT

Cesc Fabregas’ future at Stamford Bridge is in doubt with the plans former Italian national team coach Antonio Conte would deploy going into the forthcoming season.

The Italian has a huge task at returning the club to winning ways following a disappointing 2015 for the Premier League giant.

There are a lot of reports linking the player’s stay at the club to be coming to an end, especially with the 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 formations that the coach would employ at the club. This means the former Juventus coach will have less need for the player who featured in all but one of Chelsea’s games in the last campaign.

Fabregas returns to training

Cesc Fabregas has just joined the Chelsea group that is preparing themselves for the new season. The London club gave the Spanish international extra time off following his participation at the Euros in France. Cesar Azpilicueta and Pedro are other players that will be joining the team following some extra holidays.

Antonio Conte will be happy to have his best players back in the team as he attempts to implement his own football in the team. He admitted that it will not come immediately and that the players will have to work hard if they want to succeed.

Cesc Fabregas says that the Spain national team are very confident

Despite confidence having hit rock bottom, Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas says that the Spain national team are very confident about bringing the European Championship trophy back home for a third consecutive time.

Spain have won the Euros for the last two times and they were regarded as a major dominant force in world football before the World Cup 2014. The World Cup in Brazil, though, destroyed the confidence of the Spanish national team. It was not the same team that had dominated the three major tournaments that preceded the World Cup 2014.

Claudio Ranieri surprised by Chelsea supporters

Claudio Ranieri claimed that he was extremely surprised but happy to see an extraordinary acknowledgement from Chelsea supporters and players for guiding Leicester City to Premier League successful season.

Ranieri has managed at Stamford Bridge since leaving the club in 2004, but he is unlikely to forget the memories on May 15. After having just won the league title by a whopping 10 points, Leicester City came into the final game of the season at Stamford Bridge as champions. This game was more special for Chelsea supporters, who were seeing the former manager return immensely successful.

Spain still needs some Cesc-appeal

When Spain’s Euro 16 squad is picked by Vicente del Bosque this week, Cesc Fabregas will be one of the first names he writes down - irrespective of form for both club or country.

Cesc remains a solider for Del Bosque, one who the Spanish coach stays loyal to. It’s been a notable feature in Del Bosque’s era, staying faithful to a particular group, and Cesc is one of them. After all, he’s formed a part of three incredible International triumphs - two of them overseen by Del Bosque himself while the other was when a young fabregas came to the fore under Luis Aragones in 2008.

Cesc Fabregas backs Antonio Conte as New Manager

Cesc Fabregas feels that Chelsea have made a good decision in appointing Antonio Conte as the next manager.

The Italian will be arriving at Stamford Bridge in the summer just after the Euro 2016 concludes. After having experienced international management for a brief period, Conte will be returning back to club football. However, being in charge of Chelsea will be an entirely different experience for the Italian since he has never managed outside Italy at club football level. Even though there have been several words of praise coming for Conte, he has also been requested to learn English as this possible.

Bookmakers agree Spain have good chance

Now most of the big competitions like the Premier League are over, our focus as football fans is now firmly set on this summer’s Euro 2016 competition. After a dreadful year with very little to celebrate with his Chelsea teammates, he’ll be eager to get his hands on one of the football world’s most sought after pieces of silverware.

Looking at the odds that the bookmakers are offering on comparison site Bookmakers, it’s clear they think that there is a big chance that Fabregas will be getting his hands on that trophy at the end of the tournament.

Guus Hiddink Win streak comes to an end

Chelsea’s impressive unbeaten run under Guus Hiddink came to an end after a 1-0 loss against Swansea City during the weekend.

The loss, though, had little effect on the table since Chelsea’s season has already come to a close. The 2015-16 season will go down in memory as one of the worst in the club’s recent history. Not only will they end up without any trophies, but finishing near the 10th place of the Premier League will be an embarrassment for the rich superstars of the West London outfit. Hiddink came to the club in December and the performances improved substantially since then.

Marco Verratti claims he is Huge Fan of Cesc Fabregas

PSG midfielder Marco Verratti claims that he is a huge fan of Cesc Fabregas and the Spaniard remains a player he wants to emulate in the future.

Verratti is considered as an immense talent in the PSG team. He plays in a similar role to that of Fabregas. Even though there are several weak points in his game, the 23-year-old clearly has time on his hand to make an improvement. Compared with the last few seasons,Verratti is placed more on the bench this season. It has been rumoured that Laurent Blanc no longer sees the player as a key part of the team.
