FABREGAS: HAZARD HAS BEEN VERY UNLUCKY IN HIS CAREER

Former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has sent a heartfelt message to his former teammate at Stamford Bridge, Eden Hazard to fight his injury struggles, as he Insists that the Belgium international forward has been very unlucky with injuries in his professional career. Hazard, a footballer once known to be one of the best players in the world and also one of the most feared wingers in the game, has slipped further low in his career and is no longer the player he used to be, thanks to the unfortunate recurring injuries he has been struggling with since sealing his move from Chelsea to Real Madrid over two years ago.

Following the outstanding season the Belgian playmaker had in the 2018/19 English Premier League season at Stamford Bridge, Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid identified him as a key potential signing and they approached Chelsea with an offer to make the Blues' former number 10 a Galactico. Chelsea were initially adamant that they were not going to part ways with their best player and conveyed the message to Madrid that they should look elsewhere in their search for an attacker, but Hazard told Chelsea that he had other plans and would like to join the Los Blancos.

But since his transfer to Spain, Hazard has never remained the same and it has continued to get worse for the attacker. His former teammate, Fabregas, has said that he feels sorry for him because they spent five years together at Chelsea and he scarcely got injured and that even if he had any injury, it would be a minor one.

Fabregas said Hazard was in the bracket of the world's best players and had the talent to win the Ballon d'Or but the injuries he has had to deal with in his career have taken a huge toll on him and his chances of winning the individual award. According to Fabregas, however, Hazard will still return to his best one way or another.
