CescFabregas wants to play football and to prove Conte wrong
The Spanish international CescFabregas recently said that spending time on the bench is something that he does not wishes to do at a consistent basis but it’s what he has had to do under the guidance of Antonio Conte.
"I play football to win and enjoy. When I don't play I'm sad and I don't enjoy it, but I'm happy the team is doing well. Football is my life, it’s everything to me. Every time I’m on the pitch I try to do my best. In this game it went well again so I just need to keep going and show the manager I deserve to play." Chelsea’s CescFabregas said.
Fabregas has a point to prove to Antonio Conte as the Spanish player wants to demonstrate that he is more than capable of becoming a regular starter like he used to be in his previous seasons in Stamford Bridge.
The 29 year old midfielder recently made a memorable performance during Chelsea’s FA Cup match against Brentford which was played on January 28 of 2017 and resulted with the team of Antonio Conte claiming a 4-0 triumph.
In that FA Cup match against Brentford, it was Fabregas who pulled the strings in the midfield and controlled the game with passes to his teammates which eventually resulted with the goals of his team.
If Fabregas continues making these kind of performances, it might make Antonio Conte have a deeper thought and consideration regarding whether or not the Spanish midfielder should start getting more time in the first time as an actually starter instead of an impact substitute player.
